Mini-worlds come from spending time in nature. Recording the wildflowers and the seasonal changes throughout the year through drawing. This is a grounding experience calming the mind at the same time alerting the senses. Each sculpture captures a moment experienced in the countryside.

Seasons Change comes from watching birds circle as they start to build nests in preparation for new life against a cold sky. From seemingly lifeless branches new buds form and fresh leaves begin to emerge. Old leaves still evident, beautiful in their decay.
